Hi to all Sales and Growth warriors! If you're still spending hours manually prospecting on LinkedIn, sending invitations one by one, and managing your lead magnets manually... this article is going to change your life.
Today, I'm breaking down Reactin.io, the LinkedIn automation tool that's rocking 2025 and has become my daily prospecting assistant. I tested it for several weeks on thousands of contacts, and I'm going to share my unfiltered feedback.
Let's be clear: there are dozens of LinkedIn automation tools. But Reactin stands out with a unique approach based on intent-based. Basically, instead of spamming everyone, you target people who have already shown interest in your content or your competitors', those who visit your LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn events and it can go further by doing automation on your SaaS for example sending a LinkedIn message to each new signup, new customers etc... it adds a human touch that makes a huge difference having experimented with it in PLG SaaS like at Humanlinker.
What is Reactin.io exactly?
Reactin is a LinkedIn automation platform launched in early 2025 by a French team (cocorico 🇫🇷). The tool allows you to automate your LinkedIn prospecting intelligently, without falling into the déjà vu..
For whom?
- SDRs and BDRs managing volume pipelines
- Growth Managers who want to scale their outbound
- Founders and entrepreneurs who don't have 3 hours a day to spend on LinkedIn
- Sales teams working with multi-accounts
- Marketers using lead magnets on LinkedIn
- SaaS founders or product guys who want to activate segments of their SaaS: Signup / Trial / Churn = LinkedIn much stronger than email
The problem solved?
You know that feeling of missing opportunities because you're sleeping or busy elsewhere? Reactin automatically captures all intent signals on LinkedIn (likes, comments, profile visits, lead magnet downloads) and launches personalized sequences for you.

Features that really rock
1. LinkedIn Pixel - Your weapon for post engagers
This is THE feature that hooked me. The principle? You post on LinkedIn, and Reactin will automatically invite (and/or send a message) to all people who like or comment.
How does it work?
1. You publish a LinkedIn post
2. You paste the post URL into Reactin
3. The tool retrieves all engagements in real time
4. It automatically sends an invitation (with or without personalized message)
My field feedback:
I tested it on one of my posts that generated 250+ interactions. Reactin sent 180 invitations, I got 105 accepted (58% acceptance rate), and 12 qualified conversations came out of it. Without lifting a finger.
Concrete use case:
You post a carousel on "How to automate your B2B prospecting". All people who like = hot prospects interested in the topic. Reactin sends them an invitation + a message like: "Hello firstname, I saw you liked my post on automation. I'm sending you my complete guide in DM 🚀"
2. LinkedIn Spire - Spy on your competitors' engagements
Here, it's next level. You can retrieve all people who interact with posts from your competitors or influencers in your sector.
Why is it powerful?
If someone likes a competitor's post on "the best CRMs for startups", they're actively searching for a solution. You contact them at the right time with the right context.
My process:
1. I spot high engagement posts from my competitors or influencers in my niche
2. I paste the URL into LinkedIn Spire
3. Reactin retrieves all profiles that interacted
4. I send a simple invitation (no message to stay natural)
5. Once accepted, I launch a nurturing sequence
On a recent campaign, I retrieved 545 profiles via this method. Result: 50 invitations sent, 29 accepted (58% acceptance rate). It's powerful.
3. Automatic Lead Magnet - Distribute your resources without doing anything
This is my favorite feature, and the one that saves me the most time daily.
The concept:
You publish a post like "Comment GUIDE and I'll send you my 45 LinkedIn hooks". Reactin automatically detects all those who comment and sends them the lead magnet in DM.
Setup in 3 steps:
1. Activate the "Distribute Lead Magnet" campaign
2. Configure the message with your download link
3. Publish your post with the call-to-action
Example automated message:
> "Hello firstname 👋
>
> Here's your guide on the 45 effective LinkedIn post hooks: [LINK]
>
> Looking forward to seeing your next posts explode 🚀
>
> David"
Why does it rock?
- Zero leads slip through the net
- Instant delivery even if you're sleeping or in a meeting
- Generation of ultra-qualified leads (they proactively requested your resource)
- It feeds your pipeline without manual effort
Whereas before I would have struggled with a homemade script or phantombuster to extract people then launch a campaign on another tool...
4. Scraping & Dynamic Smart Lists
Reactin allows you to scrape LinkedIn profiles using several methods:
LinkedIn Search URL: You do a LinkedIn search (ex: "Growth Manager in Paris"), you copy the URL, Reactin retrieves all profiles.
Sales Navigator: Same principle but with more advanced filters (seniority, company headcount, funding, hiring status...). Perfect for ABM or mid-market.
CSV Upload: You have a contact list? Upload the CSV, Reactin enriches missing data and you can filter by ICP before launching a campaign.
Profile Visitors (Premium): Reactin scrapes all those who visit your profile each day. You can then send them a contextual message like "Hello firstname, I saw you visited my profile. What are you working on right now?"

5. Advanced Integrations & Workflows
Reactin integrates with your stack via:
- Zapier / Make
- Webhooks
- Native API
- Tally / Typeform for lead magnets
- Your SaaS (ex: send a DM to users who churn)
Advanced use cases:
- Someone misses a call on Calendly → Automatic follow-up DM
- New member in your Skool community → Personalized welcome message
- Webinar registration → Post-event nurturing sequence
- A free trial on your SaaS → you want to collect feedback and push them to use your tool automatic DM on LinkedIn and you can convert more easily thanks to this personalized and human touch vs other competitors..
6. Inbox Management & Team Collaboration
The unified inbox allows you to manage all LinkedIn conversations from Reactin. You can:
- Reply from the interface
- Tag leads
- Assign conversations to team members
- Track complete exchange history
For teams:
- Sequence sharing
- Common contact pool
- Consolidated reporting
- Role and permission management
Concrete use cases by persona
For the SDR/BDR who must meet their quota
Problem: You must send 100 invitations and 50 messages per day. Manually, it's 2-3h of repetitive work.
Reactin Solution:
1. Upload your prospect list (enriched CSV)
2. Configure a multi-touch sequence: invitation → message D+2 → message D+5
3. Let it run in the cloud while you focus on calls and demos
Result: You multiply your volume by 3 without exploding your work time.
For the Growth Manager who wants to test intent-based
Problem: Your classic outbound runs at 2-3% response. You want to target people already warm.
Reactin Solution:
1. Identify viral posts in your sector
2. Use LinkedIn Spire to retrieve engagers
3. Launch contextualized campaigns based on intent
Result: Response rate goes from 3% to 8-12% because you contact people already interested.
For the Founder who creates content
Problem: You post regularly on LinkedIn, but you don't capitalize on the engagement generated.
Reactin Solution:
1. Activate LinkedIn Pixel on all your posts
2. Configure a lead magnet distribution to transform likes into leads
3. Use the "Received Requests" feature to auto-accept and auto-welcome your new connections
Result: Your content becomes a real machine to generate qualified leads.
For the multi-account Sales team
Problem: You have 5-10 LinkedIn accounts to manage to scale outbound. It's chaos.
Reactin Solution:
1. Connect all your accounts (automatic rotation)
2. Configure campaigns that distribute the load
3. Manage everything from a unified dashboard with your team
Result: You send 500+ invitations/day without burning any account.
Pricing & Plans - How much does it really cost?
Reactin offers 2 main plans + a 7-day free trial (without credit card).

Basic Plan: $29/sender/month
What's included:
- Scraping from LinkedIn, Webinars, Calendars
- Dynamic SmartLists (auto-updated by intent)
- Unlimited LinkedIn invitations
- Auto-segmentation of your ICP with AI
- 1,000 enrichment credits
- No messages
- No inbox management
For whom?
Freelancers or small structures who just want to automate invitations and test the tool.
My opinion:
Honestly, without messages, you deprive yourself of 80% of Reactin's power. It's good for testing, but you'll quickly want to upgrade.
Growth Plan: $69/sender/month (My choice)
What's included:
- Everything from Basic Plan
- Unlimited LinkedIn actions (invitations AND messages)
- Inbox Rotation (intelligent conversation management)
- Inbox Management (unified inbox)
- 1,000 enrichment credits
- 7-day free trial without credit card
For whom?
Anyone who wants to do real LinkedIn outbound with multi-touch sequences. It's the sweet spot in terms of value for money.
My ROI calculation:
If you generate even just one client at $2-3K per month thanks to Reactin, the tool is profitable x20. And trust me, using it well, you'll generate more than one.
Agency Plan (price on request)
For agencies or teams with multiple senders, Reactin offers custom plans with:
- Multi-seats
- Dedicated support
- Personalized onboarding
- Increased enrichment credits
Real advantages (those that change the game)
Intent-based that rocks
Instead of spamming 1000 random people, you target those who have already shown interest. Result: conversion rates 3x higher than classic cold outbound.
Automated lead magnet distribution
Never again will you forget to send a resource to someone. Reactin does it 24/7, even when you sleep. It's a game-changer for content creators on LinkedIn.
Ultra-clear and intuitive interface
I've tested Waalaxy, Heyreach, Expandi... Reactin has the cleanest and simplest interface to get started with. No need for a rocket master to set up a campaign.
Competitor engager scraping
This feature alone is worth the price of the tool. Retrieving the already qualified audience of your competitors is pure gold for acquisition.
Security and respect for LinkedIn limits
Reactin uses dedicated proxies and respects LinkedIn quotas. In several months of intensive use, zero problems with banned or restricted accounts.
Responsive French team
Support in French, transparent roadmap, team that listens to feedback. It changes from US tools where you talk to a bot.
Dynamic SmartLists
Your lists update automatically based on detected signals (position change, LinkedIn activity, etc.). You save monster time.
Limits (let's be honest)
LinkedIn-only focus
Reactin is LinkedIn-only. If you're looking for a multi-channel solution (LinkedIn + Email + Twitter), this is not the tool you need. For that, look at Lemlist or La Growth Machine.
My take: Personally, I prefer a tool that does one thing but does it really well. And for LinkedIn, Reactin is top.
Premium price
At $69/month/sender, we're clearly not on freemium. For a freelancer starting out, it may seem expensive.
My take: But if you do serious B2B, it's an investment that pays off quickly. One deal and the tool is paid for 6 months.
Learning curve for advanced features
The basic features (pixel, spire, lead magnet) are ultra simple. But when you want to do advanced workflows with Zapier or advanced segmentations, it takes a bit of time to get the hang of it.
My take: The doc is clear and there are plenty of templates. With 2-3h of setup, you're operational.
No native CRM
Reactin manages the inbox and conversations well, but it's not a complete CRM. If you want to track the pipe from A to Z, you'll need an integration with your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
My take: For me it's not a problem because I already have my CRM. Reactin does its job: generate and qualify leads. The rest, it's up to the CRM to manage.
Reactin vs Waalaxy vs Heyreach - The match
I'll be direct: these 3 tools don't play exactly in the same category.
Waalaxy: The accessible Swiss army knife
Strong points:
- Multi-channel (LinkedIn + Email)
- Very simple interface
- Affordable price to start
- Good for freelancers and small structures
Weak points:
- Fewer advanced features on intent-based
- No lead magnet distribution as advanced
- Basic reporting
Verdict: Waalaxy is excellent to start or for simple needs. But if you really want to exploit intent and automate content distribution, Reactin is a notch above.
Heyreach: The multi-account behemoth
Strong points:
- Very powerful for multi-account (10, 20, 50 accounts)
- Dedicated proxies per account
- Designed for agencies and large Sales teams
- Advanced A/B testing
Weak points:
- Very high price ($79/sender minimum)
- More complex interface
- Overkill for solos or small teams
- No intent-based features as developed as Reactin
Verdict: Heyreach is top if you manage 10+ LinkedIn accounts and have a substantial budget. But for intent-based outreach and content distribution, Reactin is better.
Reactin: The intent-based specialist
Strong points:
- Intent-based outreach (pixel, spire)
- Automatic lead magnet distribution
- Clear and intuitive interface
- Balanced price ($69/month)
- Innovative features (profile visitors, received requests...)
Weak points:
- LinkedIn only (no email)
- Not the cheapest on the market
Verdict: If your focus is LinkedIn and you want to capitalize on the engagement of your content and that of your competitors, Reactin is the tool you need.
My personal choice?
I use Reactin as the main tool for everything intent-based and lead magnet distribution. For my cold email campaigns, I have Lemlist on the side. I prefer to have 2 specialized tools than a generalist tool average everywhere.
My final verdict on Reactin
After several months of intensive use on thousands of contacts, I can tell you that Reactin has become a pillar of my Growth stack.
What I love:
- The simplicity of setup (15 min to launch your first campaign)
- Intent-based that multiplies conversion rates
- Automatic lead magnet distribution that transforms my content into a lead machine
- Clean and minimalist interface (no PhD needed to understand)
- Responsive French team
For whom I recommend it:
- SDRs and BDRs who want to scale their LinkedIn prospecting
- Growth Managers doing ABM and intent-based
- Content creators on LinkedIn who want to monetize their audience
- Sales teams managing multiple accounts
- B2B Founders using LinkedIn as acquisition channel
For whom it's NOT made:
- If you're looking for a multi-channel solution (LinkedIn + Email + Twitter)
- If you have a very tight budget (<$50/month)
- If you don't create content on LinkedIn
- If you only do B2C
My rating: 9.5/10
Reactin does what it promises, and it does it well. Intent-based outreach is the future of LinkedIn prospecting. And Reactin is clearly ahead on this ground.
The only thing that could make it even more powerful? A native email integration to do real multi-touch LinkedIn + Email in a single sequence. But well, it might come in the next updates.
Meanwhile, if you want to stop prospecting like in 2015 and move to intelligent intent-based, it's time to test.
